Our Methods

Our Traditional Method of Making A2 Gir Cow Cultured Ghee

Looking for that comforting taste of tradition? Every drop of our A2 Gir Cow Cultured Ghee carries the essence of purity, heritage, and nourishment.

We follow the ancient Bilona method, a time-honored process rooted in Indian tradition:

Our ghee begins with pure, A2 milk from pasture-raised, naturally fed Gir cows. No hormones, no chemicals—just nature at its best.

The milk is boiled and then cooled before being set into curd (yogurt) overnight using a traditional, natural starter culture.

In the quiet of early morning, the curd is hand-churned in two directions—clockwise and anticlockwise—to extract raw white butter.

The white butter is gently simmered over a low flame until it transforms into golden, aromatic ghee. This slow cooking preserves nutrients and enhances flavor.

Each batch is handcrafted with care—no preservatives, no additives, and absolutely no shortcuts.

Our ghee is 100% natural, rich in flavor, and steeped in tradition—perfect for cooking, baking, or daily wellness rituals.
